1. 15-Days Return Policy (Complaint-Based Only)

🕒 Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery ONLY in case of a valid complaint, such as:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the product

  • Size, color, or design preference

  • Ordering the wrong item by customer

  • Normal wear and tear


2. Return Approval Requirement

  • All returns must be approved by SaadShops first

  • Customers must contact us before sending any product back

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

3. Proof Required for Complaints

To be eligible for a return:

  • Complaint must be reported within 15 days of delivery

  • Customer must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.


4. Product Condition for Return

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unaltered

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories (if any)

Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not qualify.


5. Refund or Replacement Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, SaadShops will decide whether to:

    • Replace the product, OR

    • Issue a refund

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for replacement only, not cash refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) may be issued as store credit or replacement, at SaadShops’ discretion


7. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.


8. Courier & Delivery Issues

  • SaadShops is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services after dispatch

  • Any courier-related complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis


9. Right to Refuse Returns

SaadShops reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not meet policy conditions

  • Refuse service to customers with repeated false or abusive claims
